Our condos are just steps from the wide, crowd free beaches of Topsail Island, North Carolina, Tiffany’s open air verandas will allow you to enjoy the expansive views of the ocean, the sound and the Surf City beaches. Restaurants and shopping are close by, as well as a full service marina with slips and dry storage located on the ICWW. Also close is the Surf City Park, with its boat ramps, picnic shelters and playground.
